Musnad Middle Ground: Live & Direct
The Musnad is now live with a total of 11 records across 42-post audits. This project also incorporates Telegram automation, a 5-bot architecture:

Problems & solutions
One little cron delivery to the wrong bot blew up the project because I (the only non-bot in this equation) got distracted due to multitasking.
This led to LM Studio context bloat (for this part of the journey I switched to cloud-primary) because the review-workflow was too complex (single-file checklist). But in the end it worked out, made the style guidelines into a skill so that I could turn over Claude [Code] or Qwen or whoever, to Hermes for site management going forward.
Technical Details
